ATMA is a national-level exam conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) for admission to MBA, PGDM, MCA, and PGDBA programmes. ATMA scores are accepted by over 750 management colleges in India for admission to management programmes.
The ATMA 2022 admission process begins shortly after the ATMA Exam Result is announced. The candidates for admission are chosen solely on the basis of their results and performance in the pre-admission rounds. AIMS will disclose the ATMA 2022 exam results after the exam, and candidates must participate in admission counselling for admission.
For admission into various management courses, candidates have to undergo the ATMA admission procedure and participate in the ATMA counselling process conducted afterwards, once they have cleared ATMA Exam Cut Off.

ATMA Counselling Process 2022
Following the announcement of the ATMA results, the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) conducts ATMA counselling. The Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the selection process, which consists of three major steps:
Group Discussion
Written Ability Test
Personal Interview Round
The respective B-school will conduct the Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round, in which candidates will be required to participate.
Note: Verification of documents will be done during of ATMA counselling. Failing to produce the required documents can lead to the cancellation of a candidate’s admission.
ATMA 2022 Detailed Counselling Process
The ATMA 2022 counselling process and critical rounds will be designed and conducted by different participating B-Schools. As a result, the number of selection rounds will differ from one another. The ATMA selection method for shortlisting candidates is based on the candidate’s overall ATMA 2022 result. Candidates must appear in the pre-admission rounds after clearing the ATMA 2022 written test, which includes:
Group Discussion
The Group Discussion stage is required of all shortlisted candidates in the ATMA selection process. The entire number of candidates who have been shortlisted is broken into smaller groups of five to seven.
Candidates who have been shortlisted must lead a group debate about the political, social, or economic outlook. The B-Schools analyse the candidates’ overall knowledge and communication skills, as well as the following at this round of the selection process:

Personal Interview Round
This phase entails a face-to-face interview with the shortlisted candidates, during which the interviewer assesses the candidate’s entire personality. While participating in the ATMA 2022 counselling procedure, all shortlisted candidates must have the following documents:
