Titans season two will be available to watch on DC Universe in the US and Netflix worldwide outside of the US. Titans is based on the classic New Teen Titans comics by Marv Wolfman and George Perez. The first series premiered on October 2018 and the second instalment will air this September.

When is Titans season 2 out?

Titans season two will premiere on Friday, September 6, 2019.

The series will be available to watch on DC Universe in the US, airing weekly on the streaming platform.

Titans season two will also be available to watch in the UK on Netflix after the series has finished airing in the US.

The entire series of Titans dropped on Netflix UK in December 2019, so season two will likely follow suit.

At the moment it is unknown how many episodes are in Titans season two but there is likely to be at least 11, the same amount as the first series.

Who is in the cast of Titans season 2?

Brenton Thwaites reprises his role as Richard ‘Dick’ Grayson/Robin.

As a young boy, Dick was trained by Batman to fight crime as his sidekick, becoming the first Robin.

Now an adult, Dick works as a detective in the Detroit Police Department and becomes the leader of a group of heroes to become the latest supremo in town.

Anna Doop reprises her role as Koriand’r/Kory Anders, a princess from the planet Tamaran.

Teagan Croft is back as Rachel Roth and Ryan Potter as Garfield Logan.

Joshua Orpin will play Conner Kent/Superboy and Conor Leslie will star as Wonder Girl after featuring in the post-credit scene of the season one finale.

There a whole host of new characters joining Titans for season two.

Natalie Gumede joins the cast of Titans season two as Mercy Graves.

She is described as a “ruthless, cunning, right hand and bodyguard to the notorious Lex Luthor – serving her boss with unquestioned loyalty. Her connection to the Luthors runs deep, as Mercy has been a friend of the family and in Lex’s life since they were young.”

Gumede is best known for playing Kirsty Soames in the British soap Coronation Street.

Chelsea T Zhang also joins Titans as Rose Wilson, the Ravager.

Zhang has previously starred in Disney’s Mack and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

Scottish actor Iain Glen will feature as Batman in Titans season two.

Glen is best known for playing Ser Jorah Mormont in Game of Thrones and Sir Richard Carlisle in Downtown Abbey.

Esai Morales also joins the cast as Slade ‘Deathstroke’ Wilson, the new villain in the series and Chella Man will star as Jericho, Deathstroke’s son.

Pretty Little Liars’ Drew Ban Acker will take on the role of new superhero Aqualad.

What will happen in Titans season 2?

The arrival of Batman was teased throughout season one of Titans and he will finally make an appearance in season two.

In Titans season two, Batman will be trying to reconcile his relationship with Dick Grayson so they can protect Gotham.

Conner Kent/Superboy will also appear in Titans season two who finds refuge with the Titans.

Is there a trailer for Titans season 2?

Yes, there is a two-minute trailer for Titans season two.

The clip introduces a look at new heroes such as Aqualad (Acker) and Ravager (Zhang).

The trailer also confirms Bruce Wayne (Glen) will play a part in the new series of Titans and teases a brand new villain – Deathstroke (Morales).

The trailer also teases scenes of violence and the Titans putting their powers into practice.

There is also a short clip of a body lying on top of a car bonnet, who has green hair, identical to the Joker’s.
