Who is Summer Monteys-Fullam? Paul Hollywood’s ex-girlfriend who has dumped the Bake Off Judge

0

SUMMER Monteys-Fullam is the former girlfriend of Paul Hollywood who sensationally dumped the the GBBO judge after he asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Paul may now be divorced from his estranged wife Alexandra, but it seems like his romantic woes are far from over as things turn messy with the former bartender. Here’s what you need to know about Summer…

Who is Summer Monteys-Fullam?

Summer Monteys-Fullam is a 24-year-old former barmaid who was previously dating The Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood, who she met in the summer of 2017.

Until November 2017, she worked at his local pub, Duke William, in Ickham, Kent but quit after getting fed up with her colleagues taking the mickey out of her new beau.

Summer’s parents live in a £1million home and run a tattoo removal business in London.

Before working at the pub, Summer, who also has three sisters, had modelled for a bridal magazine.

Why did Summer Monteys-Fullam and Paul Hollywood split?

On Friday, August 2, 2019, The Sun exclusively revealed Summer had dumped The Great British Bake Off judge.

She is believed to have ended their romance after he asked her to sign a gagging order, forbidding her to discuss their relationship.

Paul is thought to have drew up the non-disclosure agreement following his divorce with ex-wife Alexandra.

Summer is said to have stormed out of the TV star’s mansion in the middle of the night after he presented her with the document.

A source said: “It’s over for good” and that the former barmaid was furious with his “controlling behaviour”.

It has been reported the beauty believed the TV chef would propose, before she was handed an NDA.

According to The Mirror, she thought a ring was on the way, as he was granted a nisi decree.

A source told the publication: “She was totally heartbroken that Paul would even ask her to sign such a thing and took it as an insult.

“It showed her how he really viewed their relationship.”

Did Summer clash with Paul Hollywood’s estranged Alexandra?

Yes – In February 2019 The Sun reported that Summer had got into a fiery spat with boyfriend Paul’s ex-wife.

The pair had bumped into each other while shopping at a Marks & Spencer.

Witnesses said Alex Hollywood, 54, called Summer Monteys-Fullam, 23, a “slut” and “whore”.

Cops were called amid claims one of Summer’s group hammered on her window as she drove off after the row spilled into the car park.

Furious Alex told Summer: “Do you know how much you’ve hurt my son?”

A shopper in Canterbury, Kent, said: “I was totally disgusted by the language. She called the younger woman a slut and whore.

“It’s just not the sort of behaviour you expect at Marks and Sparks.

“But she also said, ‘Do you know how much you’ve hurt my son?’, and that’s when you realise what it was all about.”

But mum Alex insisted she was an innocent victim in the row at 4pm — and called police complaining of harassment.

The fireworks began when the pair bumped into each other at the store’s checkouts. Summer was with sister Saskia, 26, and mum Sabina, 48, while Alex was alone.

A friend of Alex’s said: “She was so shocked to see Summer that all she could say was, ‘Do you know how much you’ve hurt my son?’

“Summer laughed and started filming as Alex walked to her car.

“That’s when the other women started verbally abusing her. Alex was shaken and called the police.”

Kent Police confirmed they had attended reports of a disturbance adding: “Enquiries were carried out in which all parties involved were given words of advice.”

lex believes it wasn’t a coincidence that Summer appeared next to her in the M&S queue.

A source said: “Alex would see this as Summer being vindictive and childish. It seems Summer is saying ‘f*** you’ to Alex, and ‘Watch this space!’ to everyone who said her and Paul’s relationship won’t last.”

When did Summer Monteys-Fullam date Paul Hollywood?

The pair first met in early 2017 when the star arranged a birthday party for then-wife Alexandra at the bar where she worked.

He reportedly lent Summer his chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce for her 22nd birthday in May, before growing closer to her when he and his wife separated.

The couple were first romantically linked in November 2017 when The Great British Bake Off judge, wined and dined Summer at London hotel The Dorchester.

A spokesman for the star insisted at the time there was no romance.

On March 31, 2018, The Sun on Sunday exclusively revealed Summer had been whisked away by Paul to stay at a £1,000-a-night villa in Mauritius.

A source said: “Despite looking like dad and daughter there was a lot of staring into each other’s eyes and there is no doubt they were a couple.”

Cheshire-born Paul gifted Summer two ponies and also bought his young lover a £1 million pad after leaving his wife Alex.

They were regularly pictured smooching during public outings, however, the famous baker does not feature on her Instagram feed, nor is she on his.

Then, on Friday, August 2, 2019, The Sun exclusively revealed Summer had dumped The Great British Bake Off judge.

The Great British Bake Off’s Paul Hollywood and his wife Alexandra announced news of their split on November 20, 2017: “It is with sadness that we have decided to separate.

“Our focus continues to be the happiness of our son, and we would ask the press and public to allow us privacy as a family during this very difficult time.”

One insider told The Sun following news of the split: “The truth is they’ve worked really hard to salvage their relationship but just couldn’t recover from the damage that had been done.

“The more famous Paul has become, the more attention he has been getting, and that has put a huge strain on the marriage.”

The estranged couple was granted a divorce on Friday, July 19, 2019, by District Judge Robert Duddridge at the Central Family Court in London.

He granted a decree nisi, which is the first step towards the divorce being finalised.

The divorce is not complete until an a decree absolute has to be granted.

Cheshire-born Paul met his wife Alexandra in Cyprus in 1996 while she was working as a diving instructor at the five-star hotel where he was head baker.

They married in that country in 1998 and had a son in October 2001, called Josh.

Paul, who is the son of bakery proprietor, John F. Hollywood, and Alexandra came close to divorcing in 2013 after reports spread that he’d been enjoying a romance with his American Baking Competition co-host Marcela Valladolid.

Ryan Giggs slammed by his own dad for ‘abandoning’ his ‘homeless’ brother Rhodri after seven-year affair with his wife

EX-FOOTIE star Ryan Giggs has been slammed by his own dad who claims he “abandoned” his “homeless” brother Rhodri after a seven-year affair with his wife Natasha.

His father Danny Wilson, 61, called on the former Man United footballer to apologise and claimed he has “no remorse”.

In 2011, the Welsh wing wizard’s tryst with Natasha, 34, was exposed and she later revealed she enjoyed their thrill of the secret sex, reported Mail Online.

Ryan’s father claimed he has “never said sorry” for his cheating, adding: “If he would just apologise, Rhodri could move on.”

The dad said that Rhodri, 40, is now “penniless and homeless” and has moved away from Manchester to stay with family in Wales.

When Natasha revealed the affair, she claimed she had aborted Ryan’s baby just weeks after marrying his brother in Las Vegas.

Their affair even continued as Ryan’s wife Stacey was pregnant with two children.

Natasha, who first met Ryan, 43, in a Manchester club in 2003, went public after Ryan took out a £150,000 gagging order on Big Brother star Imogen Thomas to stop her revealing their six-month affair.

Speaking about their fling, she told The Sun in 2011: “At the beginning, it was thrilling to know that someone as famous and as admired as Ryan wanted to be in bed with me, but by the end, it became so seedy.

“I cheated on my husband with his own brother, who just happens to be one of the most famous men in Britain.

“It was never going to end any way other than badly.

“I was such a coward.

“But I couldn’t bear to tell Rhodri in person because it would have killed me to witness the terrible pain I’d caused him.

“I knew his world was going to be blown to pieces and I didn’t want to see him cry.”

Katie Price’s relief as Harvey gets his second jab of Covid vaccine – after first one saw him rushed to hospital

KATIE Price is relieved her 18-year-old son Harvey got his second coronavirus vaccine jab last week – after the first dose triggered a terrifying hospital dash.

The 42-year-old star’s son suffered no ill effects from his second jab, with the high-risk teen now fully vaccinated against the virus.

In February, The Sun revealed that Harvey had been rushed to hospital after suffering a reaction to his first dose of the Oxford/ AstraZeneca jab.

Sources close to the family told us at the time that Harvey was “shaking uncontrollably” – with his temperature shooting up to 39.9 degrees the day after the injection.

Doctors at the hospital confirmed that the illness was down to the life-saving vaccine after examining Harvey.

Katie also confirmed to The Sun that Harvey was “absolutely fine” after getting the second jab”

The source shared: “Katie’s very worried – she always fears the worst when it comes to Harvey’s health but is trying to remain calm.

“Like any mum would be, she’s beside herself with worry. It’s dangerous as Harvey hasn’t got cortisol in his body to fight like us.”

Thankfully, Harvey recovered quickly and Katie later urged everybody to get the vaccine and not let Harvey’s experience put them off.

She told The Sun: “I am in awe of the NHS – they are amazing, without them Harvey would not be here today.

“I don’t want anyone worrying about him as he’s fine now at home eating carrot cake. Despite Harvey’s reaction, he is one of a kind, the Covid jab is so important especially for those in high risk categories.

“I am so much happier in the knowledge Harvey is safer now he has had his.”

She later added on social media: “The doctors and nurses were fantastic so I can’t wait to still have my Covid injection and I still recommend everyone else have it and Harvey is safe and well.”

Harvey was born with a series of disabilities, including ADHD, autism, genetic condition Prader-Willi Syndrome and septo-optic dysplasia, which causes blindness.

He qualified for the vaccine as a vulnerable individual and was immunised in the fourth stage of the government roll-out of the jab.

Katie received her first jab on Friday – despite her own fear of needles.

‘THEY’RE GONE’ Killer dad Chris Watts’ chilling text to his mistress after slaughtering his pregnant wife and daughters

0

AN EVIL dad sent a chilling text message to his mistress soon after he slaughtered his pregnant wife and two little girls.

Chris Watts, 33, told Nichol Kessinger his family had “gone” at around 3.45pm on August 13, the very day Shannan, 34, Bella, four, and Celeste, three, were reported missing.

Ms Kessinger recalls receiving the emotionless and cold message, which followed a dozen of other normal messages they had shared throughout the working day.

Reading the news, she became even more confused when she realised journalists were outside his house, and she was horrified to learn he was still married to a woman who was 15 weeks pregnant.

Ms Kessinger had starting dating Watts in early July, believing he was separated and at the end of divorce proceedings.

She told Denver Post: “He’s a liar. He lied about everything.”Heartbreaking moment Frank Rzucek, dad of murdered pregnant mum Shanann Watts breaks down as he faces her ‘killer’ husband Christopher Watts in court

Ms Kessinger later added: “I thought, ‘If he was able to lie to me and hide something that big, what else was he lying about’?”

Keen to find out what had really happened, Ms Nichols began to quiz Watts via text, but he repeatedly changed his story and changed the subject, she claimed.

The following day she thought to herself, “he was telling me so many lies that I eventually told him that I did not want to speak to him again until his family was found”.

But she decided to tell police about her relationship with Watts, and what he had told her.

It comes as Shannen’s parents, Frank and Sandra Rzucek blasted the claims made by Watts’ family.

In an interview with Denver7 on Monday, Cynthia defended her son, saying: “He’s not a sociopath. He’s not a psychopath. I asked Chris, ‘If you did not do this, do not confess to something you didn’t do [but his defence attorney] shut me down. She completely shut me down.”

The couple told the broadcaster they have “no idea” whether Watts was coerced into taking the plea deal last week.

But the Rzucek’s told Dailymail.com, everyone knew their daughter was a “faithful wife, gentle and loving mother, and the best daughter…. even Chris Watts knows this to be true”.

They added: “Chris Watts still chose to dump the bodies of his own family in oil tanks. And Chris Watts still chose to lie about it until he could lie no more. He pled guilty to murdering his family because he is guilty.”

Watts, 33, struck the plea deal to avoid the death penalty after slaying Shanann Watts, Celeste, three, and four-year-old Bella at their family home in August.

On November 6, he sobbed in court as he pleaded guilty to five counts of murder in the first degree, three counts of tampering with a deceased human body and one count of unlawful termination of a pregnancy.

He also admitted to hiding their bodies in an oil field. Watts’ plea deal sets out that he serves three consecutive life sentences for the three murders.

Shanann’s body was found buried in a shallow grave and the girls had been dumped in oil tanks on the property of Watts’ former employer.

He was arrested the following day and charged with first degree murder and other felony counts in the slayings.

Police say Watts was having an affair with a co-worker and had informed his wife on August 13 – the night before her disappearance – that he wanted to separate.

According to court documents, an investigation determined that Watts, who was fired from his job at Anadarko Petroleum on the day of his arrest, “was actively involved in an affair with a co-worker”.

Watts told investigators that he killed his wife after discovering that she had strangled their two daughters after he told her he wanted to separate.

Shanann’s body was discovered in a shallow grave about 40 miles from the family’s home and the girls’ bodies were recovered from nearby oil tanks, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

Watts now awaits sentencing on 19 November.

Beelivery Achieves Substantial Sixfold Turnover Increase

0

Beelivery, the UK’s leading on-demand grocery delivery service, saw sales increase by nearly 600%, for the full year ending 30 September 2020, assisted by the introduction of 24-hour delivery nationwide and a four-fold investment increase in marketing expenditure. Gross margin showed sustained improvement from continued investment in e-commerce, a bespoke ERP technology system and an improved customer service experience.

COVID-19 proved a catalyst for change in UK grocery retail, kickstarting widespread adoption of grocery delivery services and leading Beelivery to invest significantly in expanding its unique crowd-sourced driver network. Beelivery now has more delivery slots available than any other dedicated UK grocery delivery service and are the only grocery delivering service to offer deliveries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

Paul Gott, chief operating officer commented: “This is a notable set of full-year results, providing us with a solid base for further expansion. I’m excited by the range of opportunities we have to use our unique capabilities to create a wider ranging offer in terms of territories we can serve as well as products we can offer for our customers and, in doing so, create value for all of our other stakeholders.”

Beelivery also gave an update on their new driver enrolment campaign which has a target of adding 20,000 new drivers to the Beelivery network by Christmas. The company is now ahead of this target, with nearly 8,000 drivers signed up in September alone, the first month of the campaign. Driver numbers continued to rise substantially in October, with over 3000 drivers joining Beelivery in the month.

While COVID-19 led to extra costs, much higher sales volumes meant underlying profit still rose at the UK’s leading on-demand grocery delivery service. Beelivery hiked its investment plans after seeing strong sales, profits and cashflow as the first half of the year as the grocery sector saw record demand due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The UK market leader in on-demand grocery delivery said plans for external capital raising were ‘progressing well’ and are expected to complete before the end of March 2021, triggering further potential significant expansion of delivery slot capacity and coverage.

Lee Parkinson, Co-Founder and CEO of Beelivery said: “Our research shows that 63% of towns have populations of less than 20,000 people and many of these towns do not have any grocery delivery service available to them. For those fortunate areas who do have a delivery service, many must wait days for a delivery slot. Beelivery plugs this gap for these members of the public, offering them delivery between 30-60 minutes from placing your order on our website or app.”

The board continues to build the management team to consolidate the business even further. Chairman and Co-founder Yazan Bin Mohammad elaborates: “We continued to be focussed on further growth, cementing our current position and building upon this. I can reveal that we will be joined by a new chief financial officer before Christmas to help us achieve this aim.”

At the centre of the UK-wide job creation programme is Beelivery’s state-of-the-art fulfilment platform. Beelivery doesn’t own any warehouses or delivery vehicles and therefore jobs such as software engineers, human resources, IT and finance specialists, as well as the teams who will pick, pack and ship customer orders, are not tied to any particular location and can be home-based. Impressively, 99% of Beelivery staff are home-based, the highest proportion of home-based staff in the industry.

As other grocery delivery services struggle to cope with demand, Beelivery continues to keep delivery times short and fulfilment rates high through its unique crowd-source delivery model. It comes as no surprise therefore that several of the larger grocery retailers are in discussion to work with Beelivery, to meet their customer’s grocery delivery requirements.

Beelivery offers a wide range of products from fresh and frozen meal staples such as meat, fish, bakery items, pantry items, vegetables and fruit, to snacks and alcohol, and home cleaning products.

On 25th May, Cummings held a conference saying he was fair and there were no regulations to state the situation he was in.

Politics

The Tories’ election victory may have been fronted by the indefatigable Boris Johnson, but underlying it was the vindication of a strategy conceived by his chief advisor: Dominic Cummings.

He may have gained notoriety as campaign director of Vote Leave in the EU referendum, but it was his role in masterminding the 2004 “North East Says No” campaign against a regional assembly where he honed his skills.

Devolving power to the regions was the pet project of the then deputy Prime Minister, John Prescott. Cummings hammered home that politicians had failed the north east, and that setting up an institution to install more of them would be a waste of money. The “Politicians talk, we pay” message resulted in a 78 per cent vote to reject an assembly. It was the first example of an anti-establishment campaign in the UK in recent times.

Following the election, Cummings has lambasted the political establishment for failing to consider the reasons behind the 2016 vote to leave the EU, incredulous that they “doubled down” and sought to frustrate the result. The size of the Conservative victory endorses his view.

Cummings holds politicians in contempt, arguing that the majority of them are intellectually ill-equipped to govern and more interested in the trappings of office than in achieving change. While he attended an independent school and read history at Oxford, he is no slick insider who walks the corridors of power as a step on the conveyor belt to ministerial office.

Trivia

  • He served as a campaign director at Business for Sterling, the campaign against the UK joining the Euro.
  • He is well known for being a special advisor to education secretary Michael Gove, from 2010 to 2014, from 2019 to 2020, being a chief advisor to prime minister Boris Johnson.

Lucinda Russell: Big River has every chance of Welsh National glory

0

Having claimed the Grand National in 2017 with One For Arthur, Lucinda Russell and owner Debs Thompson, one half of the ‘Two Golf Widows’, are aiming for Welsh National glory this weekend with Big River – and his trainer is keen on his chances.

The postponement of the original running of the race may have meant that the team had a 800-mile round-trip from their Arlary base for nothing after Christmas but the rescheduled date may be a blessing for the 11-year-old.

“It’s given us time to let him relax and then build him back again,” Russell told Tote.

“He did a really nice piece of work last Saturday and we’re really pleased with him. Between then and now we’ve been able to keep him ticking over despite the fact it’s been a bit frozen up here.”

Fifth in last year’s Ultima Handicap at the Cheltenham Festival, Big River made his seasonal reappearance back at Prestbury Park, and although he was beaten 35 lengths, his trainer was more than happy with his run behind Ramses De Teillee.

“We were very pleased with his Cheltenham run. He always takes his first run to get going and in previous seasons he has jumped poorly on his first run, whereas this time he actually jumped really well and stayed on to finish third having jumped the last in sixth.

“It’s always very difficult because we have to sit and suffer on his first run of each season but I thought he ran above expectations and it was one of the best seasonal debut he’s put in during his chasing career.”

Big River

“He’s got every chance”

Freshened up by that run at Prestbury Park, the Milan gelding has been dropped 2lbs by the handicapper which sees him come into the Chepstow showpiece off a rating of 141, just a pound higher than when fifth in the Scottish National two years back – something that gives Russell hope of a big run.

“He’s on a good mark so carries a great weight in the race. With it being heavy ground having a lighter weight will obviously help us.

“There are some good horses in this race, including the one that beat us at Cheltenham but I’d like to think he’d come on a lot for that run and the conditions on Saturday will suit him a lot better.

“At the races he can be a bit anxious. Over these extreme distances he can relax and get into a bit of a rhythm.  He’s not a fast horse, he’s just one that will keep grinding away and if he takes to the track and the fences then I think he’s got every chance.”

There had been talks of RSA Chases and other Grade 1 contests being on Big River’s radar when he was a younger horse, but while he’s become a solid stalwart for the Arlary team, he’s not quite hit those heights.

“We were always comparing him to One For Arthur, but this horse had a little bit more class than Arthur as a younger horse so that’s why we were very optimistic that he was going to be very very classy.

“But as we’ve got to know him he’s a horse that stamina is his forte. The way that we train them, we tend to put a lot of stamina into them, so as he’s got older the four mile trips have become more appealing.

Big River & One For Arthur

Big River is the latest in a long line of staying chasers that have flown the flag for Lucinda Russell’s team from One For Arthur, to Silver By Nature and Lie Forrit.

For the trainer, while those horses obviously had staying qualities in them, a patient approach has been the best for her stable stars

“We spend a long time pre-training the horses and are quite patient with the horses and keep it in mind that the ultimate aim for them is for them to be chasers. We give them the time, and thankfully we’ve got owners that think the same way as us.

“In order to be a good stayer they often need to stay in training until a certain age, so we train them for longevity and it seems to be working.”

Is Battlefront 2 cross-platform? What Does EA Say About This?

0

“Star Wars Battlefront II” rose to prominence again because of Epic Games making it available for free via its downloads and users are now going back to enjoying the massive online community of the game. Since its release and the current free availability, users have been urging EA for a crossplay that enables gamers from different platforms to face-off in battles.

The popular video game company and publisher, Electronic Arts, also known as “EA,” is repetitively asked by players for a crossplay action that invites users from the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC to come together. The title in question is “Star Wars Battlefront II” which is the latest freebie game for the week, revisiting the gameplay from the galaxy far, far away.

However, how wide the galaxy far, far away is, “Star Wars Battlefront II” is not, and that is no thanks to EA who has not made a move regarding the availability of letting players complete despite using different platforms.

‘Star Wars Battlefront 2’ Crossplay: Redditors Ask for Cross-Platform Gaming

Various players throughout the years have been urging and asking for the multiplatform action, with Redditors uniting in the r/StarWarsBattlefront community repeatedly asking for the 2017 video game’s crossplay. This change might benefit Electronic Arts as crossplay invites more players and gamers to join, essentially increasing the popularity and usage.

Some Redditors argued that crossplay should be observed only on console gaming platforms such as the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, to provide a levelled playing field once the action starts. However, these Redditors came as one and agreed that online games, as massive as “Star Wars Battlefront 2,” should have crossplay enabled.

‘Star Wars Battlefront 2’ Crossplay: What is EA’s Answer?

According to an online forum on Electronic Art’s website, the company was asked by a user in 2019 regarding a cross-platform gameplay for the Battlefront 2. A massive number of 132 players upvoted or agreed with the question and statement that asks for a crossplay.

Unfortunately, EA, at the time, answered the gamer, saying that it does not have any plans on expanding the game for a crossplay availability.

Crossplay: Online Games Must Have

A co-free game (in the Epic Games Store) of the “Star Wars Battlefront” which also observers an online gaming community that has crossplay enabled is Rockstar Games “Grand Theft Auto V’s” online. Despite being released almost eight years ago in 2013, “GTA Online” still sees a massive surge of gamers, revenue, and events in the present.

EA may not be enabling this to the “Battlefront 2” because it is an old game which the publisher does not want to develop or continue on its servers, because of the rumoured development of the “Battlefront III.” However, for the time being, “Star Wars Battlefront II” is seeing a massive surge of returning or starting gamers thanks to Epic Games store’s freebie release.
