Chronic health conditions don’t have to be a hindrance to your weight loss goals. You can still enjoy life the way you want, and free yourself from pain, thanks to an effective diet plan that fits your lifestyle and still lets you enjoy delicious food. With a diet plan that’s just right for you, you can even save up money for your usual medications. Jennifer Kincaid tells you how.

How did Speed Keto change your life?

Well, I feel so much better now! I’ve lost 60 pounds, 25 inches, and a lot of hair. And I also have Hashimoto’s, and you know one of the many downsides of that is the pain. You hurt a lot. The inflammation gets so bad and it really hurts. But now, I don’t hurt like before. The crushing fatigue is not there. I don’t even need the medication I was taking before.

Plus, I also noticed that I was saving a lot of money. We rarely eat out anymore, and my grocery bills actually went down. I’m trying to be a smarter shopper now, so I actually pay attention to labels and stuff. I’m so much more aware now of what I put in my body.

How long did you follow Speed Keto?

I bought Speed Keto in 2019, but I had surgery that year, so I waited. I actually started doing it mid-January of 2020. After 7 rounds, I hit a weight I felt good about, though I never really had a specific number in mind. I still follow Speed Keto, but I also use upper portion weights. And because I had another foot surgery, I chose to do a few rounds of speed carnivore while I heal up. I love this way of eating. I see no reason to ever go back.

Did you ever try intermittent fasting while on Speed Keto? Was it easier than you expected?

Yes! I started fasting before the pandemic so I was doing the longer fasts. Back then I was scared I’d kill everyone around me, you know. I even warned my family! But I found it surprisingly easy, and it empowered me. The life app is great for tracking.

I still do fasting/OMAD (One Meal A Day), but only the shorter hours right now. Fasting might not be for everyone, but don’t say you can’t do it before you even try! Also, if you find it’s not your thing, then don’t be so hard on yourself.

Tell us about the options for keeping the meals fresh and exciting on Speed Keto. Did you try the “bonus” recipes? How about additional cookbooks?

Oh, for sure, I do have favorite meals. I also swap out some meals with other cookbooks. So far, I’ve got the Instapot, Speed Mexican, Speed Keto on a Budget, and Completely Keto. I don’t care much for fish, but that hasn’t slowed me down. I just replace the protein.

How long did it take for Speed Keto to work?

I think it was after the 1st round that I started to notice the changes. By the 3rd round, the pandemic had me working from home, so I wasn’t really seeing other people. By the end of the 5th round, I got to go back to work, and the people there were shocked! It was funny seeing their faces.

Did you try the Speed Keto Vegan or Vegetarian plan?

I haven’t, but I saw the pictures of the food. I think they look really good. I’m not opposed to trying the vegetarian plan at all.
